1Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and jeta9, the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at jeta9.cam. By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the jeta9 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jeta9 platform and close your account if one has been opened. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms.

jeta9 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or via a prominent notice on the platform. It is the Player's responsibility to review the current Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

2Eligibility and Age Requirements

Access to and use of the jeta9 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. Persons who do not meet these criteria are expressly prohibited from registering an account or using any feature of the platform.

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not currently be self-excluded from jeta9 or any other gaming platform under an active self-exclusion agreement.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of jeta9 or any affiliated gaming software provider.

3Account Registration and Verification

To access the full features of jeta9, you are required to register a personal account. Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the platform. The opening of multiple accounts by the same individual is prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any associated funds.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address.
• jeta9 will conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing your first withdrawal. KYC may require you to submit a government-issued photo ID (National ID card or passport), proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of a withdrawal request may result in the withdrawal being declined and the account being restricted until verification is completed.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. jeta9 is not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• You must notify jeta9 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach affecting your login details.

jeta9 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation at any time, including during KYC review, during a withdrawal request, or where unusual account activity is detected. Players who refuse to cooperate with verification requests may have their accounts suspended or permanently closed.

4Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on jeta9 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jeta9 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank internet banking, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

5Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

jeta9 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms associated with each promotion as well as the general bonus conditions set out below.

• All bonuses are credited to your account as bonus funds, separate from your real-money balance, unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn as real money. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in that promotion's specific terms.
• Where a promotion does not specify a wagering requirement, the default wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount, applicable to casino games at the standard contribution rate.
• jeta9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice. The withdrawal of a promotion offer before it has been claimed does not constitute grounds for compensation.
• Bonuses are issued for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or traded between player accounts.
• Abuse of promotions — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or placing contrad ictory bets to reduce wagering requirement risk — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and may result in account suspension.

Seasonal and event-based promotions — such as those offered during BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh — are subject to their own individual terms which will be published on the platform at the time the promotion is active. Players should review those specific terms before participating.

6Gameplay Rules and Technical Standards

All games available on the jeta9 platform operate according to their respective game rules as provided by the originating software provider (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi). Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing a real-money wager.

• All game outcomes are determined by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology or, in the case of live casino games, by the live dealer's physical actions. Neither jeta9 nor any player can influence game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account. jeta9 is not liable for losses resulting from technical malfunctions beyond its control.
• Sports betting markets — including cricket, football, and kabaddi — are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. jeta9 reserves the right to void any market where the integrity of the event is in question.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within the game interface or betting market and are subject to change at jeta9's discretion.

Where a dispute arises regarding the outcome of a game or betting market, the decision of jeta9 (informed by the records held in jeta9's transaction and game logs) shall be final, subject only to the complaint resolution process described in these Terms.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jeta9 platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

• Opening more than one account on the platform, whether under the same name or a different identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical aid to place bets, access game outcomes in advance, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live poker, live casino, or sports betting markets.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal or fraudulent activity, including the proceeds of theft, fraud, or any other criminal offence.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform or any game to obtain credits, winnings, or an advantage that would not otherwise be available.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards jeta9 staff or other players via any communication channel including live chat and email.

8Account Suspension and Termination

jeta9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the circumstances described below. Account suspension or termination does not automatically entitle the Player to a refund of deposited funds where a breach of these Terms has occurred.

• Where jeta9 suspects or confirms a breach of these Terms, including any of the prohibited conduct listed in Section 7.
• Where a player has been found to be under 21 years of age following age verification.
• Where jeta9 is required to take action by a regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or court order.
• Where a player has requested voluntary self-exclusion via the responsible gaming tools in their account settings.

A Player who wishes to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting support at [email protected]. Requests to close an account will be actioned within 2 business days. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of account closure will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

9Responsible Gaming

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial use of platform content without the express written consent of jeta9 is strictly prohibited.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jeta9 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from technical faults, data loss, service interruptions, or any inaccuracy in information provided on the platform.

jeta9 does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features. jeta9 will endeavour to restore full service as quickly as possible in the event of any outage.

12Privacy and Data Protection

jeta9 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at jeta9.cam/privacy-policy. By registering an account on jeta9, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. jeta9 uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data in transit and implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to safeguard stored personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.

13Amendments to These Terms

jeta9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be accessible at jeta9.cam/terms-conditions. Where a change is material, jeta9 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a platform notification before the change takes effect. Continued use of the platform after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 8.

14Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which jeta9 is operated. In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jeta9 platform, you agree to first contact jeta9 customer support at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. jeta9 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 10 business days of receipt. Where a complaint cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to the appropriate dispute resolution mechanism available under applicable law.
